Looking at 'self'
The Universe gives you what you project you're worth.
It's up to your worth to stop settling for less, for The Universe rewards this sense of worth with situational magnetism. More specifically, The Universe gives you what you project you’re worthy of (subconscious patterns and beliefs) and also notices through your actions what you’ll accept and put up with in your life. These next five days we’re going to take inventory of where we’re at, what's surrounding us, our ego personas, our blocks, and how to begin saying “No” in order to release and clear space for manifestations (as well as create situational magnetism).
TRUST • Trust the process. Each day has been designed to touch on very specific topics.
Taking inventory of blocks.
I'd like you to start a page in your journal right now titled "BLOCKS." This will be an ongoing list of physical and energetic pollution that signals to The Universe that you don't value yourself above all else.
The Universe's only intention for us in this lifetime is to guide us into becoming the most whole, powerful versions of ourselves. Therefore, everything it sends your way is a lesson to grow your self-worth and wholeness, a test to pass proving that you're growing your self-worth and not taking less than you deserve, an experience to knock you back into your soul's authentic self – or a manifestation when you align your self-worth with what you’re calling in.
I'll ask you to add discoveries to this "blocks" list along the way! Make it now. The pages after will be for journaling or answering questions.
Cover your eyes and listen. Very dim lighting can be more impactful for these meditations. Note that you are simply going from a beta state into alpha or theta, otherwise known as hypnosis or deep meditation. You needn't worry about static noise or outside noises as you will be fully aware, and once you're in the theta state, your subconscious will take direction, absorbing the information, and creating new neural pathways. The volume will be different for everyone’s devices, so simply plug in your earphones and find a volume comfortable for you.
Take 15 minutes to write about any details that came up or details that were meaningful during your Deep Imagining. Then, move on to the next eight questions.
What did your successful-self look, act, feel, and exist like?
Where did you live?
Who were you surrounded by?
What did you do?
Who was your partner if you had one? Family?
What was your life like?
What gave you the most joy and accomplishment?
Add these answers to your "blocks" page:
What in your life right now completely does not reflect this successful self (from people, places, home, to objects, to feelings)?
What limiting beliefs could stand in the way?
