Spiced Eggnog + Bourbon

If you’re anything like me, proper eggnog is a bit too thick, filling and intense.  So when I got word that my incredibly talented photographer and crowning host of a friend, Jamie Arrigo, would be holding a holiday party, I had to come up with something like eggnog—but better. I created this raw, spiced, bourbon version.

Judging by the fact that a gallon was gone within 15 minutes, I invite you to make this recipe for any festive gatherings this season.


Makes 2 servings

2 c raw sprouted almond milk

3 oz bourbon

¼ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp nutmeg

1 tsp vanilla extract

dash of cloves

dash of sea salt

5 dates

2 ice cubes

PROCESS | Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and mix on medium for 1 minute. Garnish with a cinnamon stick
