White Mulberry Honey Kefir

Clients, friends and readers often ask what are my go-to snacks. And though they vary on the day or what’s going on with my body chemistry that I’m trying to boost, heal or optimize, one snack that I’ve been obsessing over as of late are White Mulberries. These brain protecting, white blood cell immunity activating, iron rich, potent resveratrol antioxidant that promotes longevity and anti-aging, full body tonics taste divine and are wonderfully satiating. I keep the bag in my purse for a super quick snack. Or at home I’ve been making this wonderful vitamin rich treat.


¼ c raw kefir | or Ryan prefers this yogurt

¼ tsp raw local honey

handful of mulberries

PROCESS | place kefir in your bowl, drizzle your honey over kefir, dash with mulberries, mix around and enjoy. BAM. Heaven made in under 1 minute!
