When I’m on the go, especially traveling in the states, three fermented products I love to pick up to keep my good bacteria flourishing with probiotics, digestion strong, colds at bay, and blemish-free skin—are:

HEALTH-ADE KOMBUCHA | because I secretly lie to myself that this is really exceptional for me, even though it’s only a little exceptional due to how sweet it is.  For one that’s given up nearly all vices, I’ll take this as my makeshift soda any day!

FARMHOUSE CULTURE KRAUT | because the beets and ginger taste amazing on the side of anything.

SHIRO MISO | to spread on tartines or add to soups.
