Cacao Chia Pudding Recipe • Philosophie


Sophie Jaffe, founder of Philosophie, is one of the most well rounded super-beings I know. She’s hyper fit, a boss when it comes to her extraordinary line of superfoods, and still finds time to travel, act, and kill it at yoga, while being a present mother. I’ve never met a busier, happier person. Every time we meet up, I’m always asking her food and fitness questions, and she’s full of the exact knowledge I need. So, I’m very excited to share this recipe, especially for those of us that will be graced with 90 degree temps later this week (fall?)!!!! If you haven’t picked up her Cacao Magic, you’re going to thank me when you finally do!

S |  Whip up this heavenly, chocolatey pudding for a raw, vegan, and gluten-free treat this is as energetically uplifting as it is yummy!

The luscious chocolatey flavor comes from the raw cacao powder in the Philosophie Cacao Magic Superfood + Protein Blend, which also contains dopamine and phenylethylamine (PEA)—two neurotransmitters which are known to help with weight loss, increase focus, and combat depression. In addition to being filled with protein and healthy fats from the chia seeds, avocado, and coconut oil and butter, the pudding is also rich in fiber, sulphur, magnesium, and calcium.

The best part about this divine dessert is that it’s so easy and effortless that you can blend it up in 10 minutes and have a nourishing treat to savor later on!


·       1/3 cup chia seeds

·       1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond or coconut milk

·       2 tablespoons Philosophie Cacao Magic Superfood + Protein Blend

·       1 tablespoon coconut oil

·       2 pitted dates

·       1/2 avocado

·       1 teaspoon Philosophie Green Dream Superfood + Protein Blend

·       1 tablespoon Philosophie Cacao Bee Honey

·       1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or fresh vanilla


Combine all ingredients in the food processor or high speed blender. Let sit for 30 minutes in fridge or overnight until the pudding has thickened. Stir and enjoy!
