I've been consistently blissed out since arriving here two days ago. From the sweater weather, to the bustle, to the change in lighting, and most importantly getting to see all of my NYC clients and friends while visiting my favorite spots. I'll be updating this list over the next eight days so make sure to keep popping in. Here is what my fall in NYC looks like - along with my favorite staples.

Nolita pop-up store

The moment we've all been waiting for! Olderbrother has a Nolita pop-up store for five days!!!! Featuring their hand-me-down collection. Mention FREE & NATIVE at checkout for 20% off.

Heading to Tom Ford to pick up these sunnies for fall.

Popped into Apiece Apart yesterday to pick up more fall gear. Obsessed with their whole collection this season.

Udon and Japanese specialists in the e. villiage

The very first meal I ever eat (and many times after arriving) is usually at my FAVORITE Japanese udon spot. I especially love the hijiki, daikon, and shrimp tempura. Their udon is next level and it's chic with reggae always playing in the background.

Cafe Clover is one of my favorite spots to grab organic fare, house brewed kombucha, and where I enjoy people watching on the streets.

It wouldn't be NYC if I didn't take a few meetings over the tastiest clean food at De Maria

As always, I pop into Lovely Day nearly everyday for their quinoa and date cookies.

A trip here isn't complete without one date night to Omen Azen

On a quiet night, you'll usually find us having homestyle cooked Japanese food at Gohan

And I'm very excited to try this French spot

Ran into Guru Jagat yesterday at The Ludlow, and the rumors are true! RA MA is opening in the LES in October. STAY TUNED(in).

Receiving healing and reiki from this magical human being next week.

Heading Saturday to get a reading and healing with the most magical healer in NYC, Chloe Garcia Ponce

Also checking out this hypnotist that many of my clients have recommended (next Monday).

And another client turned me onto this beautiful healer that I'd like to check out soon.

Caris Reid

Headed out last night to check out Caris Reid's show. She's one of the five recommended must-see shows this fall by the Observer.

I didn't get to see 1984 on Broadway last time, so I absolutely won't miss it this time.

More to come, so stay tuned...
