#NATIVEWEEK No. 74
Can't stop choosing a bath over a shower (every day) because I'm so obsessed with these Japanese bath salts. Literally, haven't shaved or washed my hair for seven days. Partially due to a cold, and mostly due to preferring this Japanese bath!!!
I'm trying to live my best projector life - especially the adjustments in eating. Everyone has done a session with Jenna, right? To learn about your individuality - rather than going down the rabbit hole of VERY poor information on the web regarding your authentic type. Every type is so individual and magical! And every type is a wonderful manifestor.
Come on world, it's time to wake the fuck up!!!! I know there is a lot that goes into this stemming from poverty, lack of opportunity, supply and demand. All issues are complicated, but there is always a solution. Always.
I'll take one of each, please.
I'm sitting here thinking two things. 1. I'd eat this in one sitting. 2. How to reconfigure it with healthier, paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free swaps!
How an Indian Guru is cleaning the world's most polluted river.
On that note, PLEASE tell me that you're watching this.
All the questions coming in from those that have signed up for SUPPORTED have me super excited about filming our first one next week and releasing it on . This project has my whole heart bursting RN!
Has anyone read this article on Man Repeller? Definitely resonates with me at this time in my life.
I've started making monthly intentions this year. This month's included NO STREAMING. Since I spend so much of my day staring at a computer, I thought cutting out screen time where I could would be beneficial. It has been! Although I do admit I've cheated once or twice to catch a new episode of Homeland.
With all my extra no-streaming time, I've read a lot more books and currently re-reading A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius.
How I Built This podcast. This is my favorite companion to my morning walks or long commutes. So inspiring.
I'm really feeling a draw back to film photography and have been playing around with my Holga Camera. So much fun experimenting!
I know I'm a bit late to the game here, but the Calm App has become a new daily habit. Whether finding time to meditate or to put me to sleep when I'm feeling extra antsy.
I've been on a frustrating journey to clear-up my skin. Onto my Manifestation List went a skin care item that would cleanse, clear and brighten my skin. Low and behold, I was introduced to Sonäge's Tulsi Soothing Tri Clay Mask.
Treating myself to a little more self care this month and finally cashed in a birthday gift for a massage at The Now. So obsessed with this place.
My 4-week no sugar "cleanse" has begun and so I'm curing all my sweet cravings with healthy fats and tea. Coconut butter with blueberries, anyone?
Who else peruses Scotts Cheap Flights on the daily? I'm craving a trip somewhere.
