What's on My Nightstand • Lila

Welcome to our new series, "What's In My __________." Or, "What's On My ____________." So much wonderful expansion has been happening here around FN, and it can feel confusing to our community that have been following solely me for years now. So it's important to me that you get to know the awesome new women working beside me, who are helping to elevate Manifestation and this community. Why? Because I'm a Leo rising, so I see everyone in my life as my family. If you're in my life, your part of my fam. From readers, to friends, to CURERS, to FN teammates. So if we're all one big family, then we should get to know one another. Plus, the women on my team are chock full of fantastic wellness finds, so we can all learn from them - as we have from Lila lately

Every Tuesday and Thursday, we'll have these more intimate smaller posts that each of us on the team are going to rotate through weekly! Here's Lila.

This month, I'm really focusing on areas in my life and environment where I can trim the excess and clear out the frivolous, unnecessary items I tend to hoard. My nightstand, though, has always held the same few items.

BODY BALM  • The brand I keep varies. Often it's a little jar of Cetaphil or a bottle of Nivea. Recently, I've been using LINNÉ Botanicals Smooth Body Balm and I'm in love!

LIP BALM • My lips get super chapped at night, so I always keep some lip balm on hand.

ESSENTIAL OILS • Something soothing, like lavender or a stress-relief blend. I have a hard time slowing down and turning off at night. When I can't sleep, I rub some on my temples and wrists.

TALL GLASS OF WATER • I've aaaalways had this strange fear of dehydration and need a glass of water by my bed regardless of where I am sleeping.

STACK OF BOOKS • I have a stack of books I cycle through: an easy read, a more long-term investment type read and whatever else I've picked up. Right now I'm reading The Woman Destroyed, The Anthropology of an American Girl and Sublime.

SELENITE • A crystal I keep close by for grounding and comfort.

EUCALYPTUS • I keep fresh eucalyptus in a recycled wine bottle for a bit of life and a soothing scent.

JOURNAL • I've had a journal since I was 12 and I keep it close by whenever I need to empty my brain. This I treasure. I reread some old entries whenever I need some entertainment.
