"I know what to do, but I'm not doing it."

The missing piece between insight and manifestation?
Consistent aligned action.

TO BE MAGNETIC × FOLLOW THRU PRESENT

Your Be Seen Accountability Group

A guided space to actually do the deep work

Join a live, guided container designed to help you make time for the work, move through blocks, and follow through—with structure, accountability, and community support.

You know the work. You believe in it.

And still—

  • You start strong… then fall off.

  • You hit a block and don’t know how to move through it alone.

  • Or, you’re ready for a deeper level of consistency and expansion

That next level isn’t about gathering more information.

It’s about consistently showing up for the work—and that’s exactly what you’ll do here.

What changes when you have a place to actually do the work

You don't just understand the process. You move through it.
By the end of the container, you've:

Completed the Be Seen Challenge

Not started or "intended to." Completed.

Built a consistent practice you can return to anytime

You’ll learn how to create space for the work consistently (even in real life).

Moved through blocks and take aligned action in real time

Instead of getting stuck alone, you’ll have support staying with the process and taking aligned action.

How it works

Each session is designed to help you move from resistance → clarity → action in a grounded, sustainable way.

1

Regulate

We begin with grounding or nervous system regulation to shift out of urgency and into presence.

2

Do the work together

You’ll move through DIs, journaling prompts, lessons, or aligned action live alongside the group.

3

Integrate

At the end of each session, you’ll have space to reflect, share, ask questions, or simply witness what came through.

WHY THIS WORKS

Consistency is easier in community.

When people gather to do the work together, they stay engaged longer, move through resistance faster, and create real momentum.

Follow Thru was designed to support exactly that.

YOUR FACILITATOR

Meet Adrienne

Adrienne Rose White is the creator and facilitator of Follow Thru, a live accountability container designed to help people consistently translate insight into action.

With a background in executive functioning coaching, her work focuses on building sustainable structure, strengthening follow-through, and creating environments where people can actually do the work.

92% of Follow Thru participants hit their goal within 3 months of joining the cohort.

Adrienne found To Be Magnetic during a period of heartbreak and uncertainty. Her relationship of five years ended, her TV show at CBS got canceled, and she and her writing partner split up. She wondered if she should split up with the whole industry too.

At first, she thought TBM “wasn’t for her.” But after returning to the work with a deeper understanding of the process, she committed to consistency—and things began shifting quickly.

She sold out her first coaching cohort, learned to make high self-worth decisions in real time, manifested opportunities like acting opposite Amy Adams and helping writers pitch projects to Netflix and Paramount, and met her now-fiancé.

But the biggest realization came later: the real transformation wasn’t just doing TBM in crisis. It was learning how to stay consistent with the work even when life got busy, good, overwhelming, or distracting.

That insight became Follow Thru.

Working With Adrienne Results

  • Nancy

Through Follow Thru, Nancy rebuilt a consistent metalsmithing practice after the loss of her daughter and transformed her grief into creativity and joy. She is now pursuing her metalsmithing degree and creating bespoke work she’s deeply proud of.

  • KJ

A founder, CEO, and mother, KJ struggled to make time for the book proposal she deeply wanted to write. Inside Follow Thru, she finally completed it—and positioned the project to create impact across her career and life.

  • Erin

Despite major professional success as an executive at Apple TV+, Erin struggled to feel fully seen in relationships. Through consistent TBM work and accountability, she met the loving, supportive partner who is now her husband.

YOUR INVITATION

You don’t need to do this perfectly or already be “good” at consistency—you just need to decide that the life you’re calling in matters enough to create space for it.

We’ll help you do the rest.
