The Pathway is designed as a full-year experience, and our plans reflect that commitment. If you're on the installment plan, you have a 72-hour window to cancel for a $50 fee—after that, the remaining balance is owed. Annual and lifetime memberships are final sale. All purchases are final sale and non-refundable for previous months, but nothing expires. Your workshops, tools, and progress are always there when you're ready to return.
Reprogramming work is cumulative. Progress never disappears, even with time off—you pick up where you left off and can only add to your gains by recommitting. -
Installment plan members are billed automatically every 30 days from their signup date. Annual and lifetime members pay in full at enrollment—annual members are then auto-renewed and charged again each year. Billing is automated and we're unable to freeze, skip, or adjust payment cycles.

Access periods are fully automated and we're not able to extend them. The good news: a full year is a lot of time, and 20 minutes a day goes further than you'd think. We recommend jumping in early to make the most of it and you can always resign up for a new cycle once yours lapses.

We'd love that. You have your entire first month to decide. Installment plan members receive a refund of their first payment, and annual members receive a prorated refund for the remaining 11 months. Just get in touch and we'll handle the rest.
