What is a Deep Imagining™ (DI)?

Our proprietary audio meditations access the subconscious—where self-worth is projected from, and where we ultimately manifest from—by guiding you into a theta or alpha (hypnotic) state. These self-hypnosis tracks are essential for unblocking, revealing areas of your life that are out of alignment, reprogramming neural pathways, and reinforcing self worth to create lasting change.


Deep Imagining Best Practices

Dropping In

Approaching this work in a relaxed state is key to getting the most out of the DIs. The more relaxed you are, the deeper you’ll drop in—and the more effective the process will be. You can listen while lying down, sitting in a chair, or even while going for a walk. The goal is to shift into a relaxed (parasympathetic) state and out of fight-or-flight (sympathetic).

You’ll know you’ve successfully unblocked when your body signals it—maybe through a heart opening, a deep sigh, goosebumps, tears, or even laughter.

If you’re feeling activated, try regulating first with: 

  • A few deep breaths (longer exhales than inhales)

  • Meditation

  • An Epsom salt bath

  • A nap

  • A massage

Other helpful tips:

  • Journal or free-write beforehand to loosen the conscious mind and bring the subconscious forward

  • Listen while walking and speak the prompts out loud

  • If you find yourself dozing off, leave the lights on, sit upright, or try listening on a walk

Remember, there’s no single “right” way to do a DI—only what helps you feel most comfortable.

The Limiting Beliefs DI

This DI will uncover where you picked up this limiting belief in childhood so you can begin to reprogram and unblock it.

Before you listen, ask yourself: When do you first remember feeling this way, or noticing this belief show up? If you didn’t experience it directly, did you witness it through someone else? Write down any memories that come to mind.
