A New Home For 100k Less Than Expected
A week after my session with Salwa, the perfect home manifested! It was everything on my list (I’m a specific manifestor)- including having a self-contained studio to rent out to generate a stream of income, steps from a gorgeous beach that allows dogs, and in need of a renovation so we can put our unique stamp on it. It is in a pocket we had previously disregarded because most houses in the neighborhood are really close to one another (we felt lacking privacy), and some blocks don’t get a ton of sunlight. My husband actually had the ping to look at the property, and when we arrived, we realized it was in a gated community- only 1 of 8 houses, so it is really private- and is on a north-facing block!! It needs a ton of work, which is perfect for us, and we got it for 100k less than asking- unheard of at the moment where some people are getting 500k+ over asking in this area!
We move in next month; thanks for everything. The key to our session was you uncovering my pattern of dimming my light and hiding my success from friends and loved ones. GAME CHANGER. I put a few loved ones “in the chair” in the shadow DRE and felt amazing after each session.
