Enter your login credentials & you’ll be directed right into your members dashboard!
BILLING QUESTIONS & TERMS
How do I change my card on file?: See this article from our FAQ for quick easy steps or this article from Teachable’s FAQ for a more detailed run down.
When will my next payment come out?: Payments will be automatically billed every 30 days for our payment plan option. If you paid in full for the year or opted for the Lifetime Membership, you were already billed at the date of purchase.
Can I change my billing due date?: Unfortunately we do not have the ability to make any adjustments to our automated billing system. This means we cannot adjust billing due date or amount.
How do I know if a payment fails?: You will receive an email every time a failed billing attempt occurs so please keep an eye on your email and make sure to add ‘m.teachable.com’ to your safe sender list. Our billing system is automated and will attempt the card on file 4 times over a 14 day period before cancelling your membership. See this article from our FAQ for further details.
Terms of Purchase: The Pathway is a 12 month membership commitment. Upon purchase you are agreeing to the complete purchase price of the 12 month membership, split into equal monthly installments and billed automatically on the same date every month, or purchased in full upfront. Upon enrollment in any TBM course or membership you have also agreed to TBM’s terms of use & company policies, including but not limited to the following.
Refund Policy: All purchases are final sale and refunds are not provided for previous months on the Pathway or a la carte purchases regardless of whether the student has logged in to view the content. TBM maintains the right to refuse refund at any time. Please see our Upgrade Policy for exceptions to this policy.
Plan Extension Policy: We are unfortunately not able to add time to your Pathway membership or a la carte workshop. There are no exceptions made to this policy as this simply is not a function we have on Teachable.
Upgrade Policy: If you enroll in the Pathway within the first 3 days of your workshop purchase, we will honor a full refund of your workshop. If you enroll in the Lifetime Access Pathway membership within 1 month of your 12 Month Pathway Membership, we will honor a full refund of your first month’s payment.
