Such An Inspiration

I discovered Lacy’s work through the Goop Podcast. I have been following her since and attended the speaking tour in NYC. I feel her energy calming me through the podcast and I’m so inspired by the stories. I’m 46 years old and Lacy’s work has inspired me not only to dream but to make a plan and begin healing my trauma and step into my true self in a career where I can help others and also model values of presence and loving kindness to my husband and children.
