Following a Ping For a Puppy
Hello, wonderful people!
I hope everyone is safe out there! I am not big on writing and posting much, but I felt I needed to share with you all my magnetic story! I've been working on Shadow lately and have made incredible progress... Last Tuesday, I had a ping to look for puppies up for adoption. I've been dreaming of getting an Australian Shepherd for years, so that's where I started. I went to a couple of Aussies rescues websites and I found endless amounts of options. I created my list for what the perfect puppy would be like, and let it go.
The next day, I checked again & I saw Dakota and immediately fell in love with her on the website! When I called asking for her, she had been adopted. Then, on Friday; I got an email from the rescue saying that the new owners are having some issues with her and if I am still interested! I talked to them, and I knew, I just knew I had to drive four hours to go meet her, see if she would like me, and give her a new proper loving home... Well, 8 hours later, I would like to introduce to you, Dakota, an Aussie/boxer mix that checked every item on my list and beyond! 🐶🐾🐶
