What workshops did you use and what blocks did you discover during the DIs & workshops?
Inner Child - blocks were related to abuse and just not believing I was below the worthiness of a living thing.
Unblocked Shadow - blocks were feeling that everything I did was wrong. Thinking I looked weird and that I was insufficient as a human being.
What expanders did you find?
I found fragment expanders who embodied the feeling I was looking for - basically women doing their thing from an authentic place with no ego.
I found one big abuse expander - she reached out on Instagram and shared her story with me.
Lacy is an expander for me - money wise, scared to show her authentic self - but did it anyways.
What tests did you face? Which did you pass? Not pass?
Tests were all related to things that I used to do because I thought I had to. I just started saying no to everything that didn’t feel good.
Did you experience a magic dark period? If so, tell us about it:
My magic dark was before I found the Pathway. It was 2 years long.. I didn’t realize it was a magic dark. It seemed normal to me. It was a slow process of shedding things that no longer served me. Mostly friends, schedules, and negative self talk.
How did your manifestation come through?
I won my yoga teacher training manifestation for both Yin and 200 hr.
I won a trip to Costa Rica.
I won tickets to a woman in wellness networking event in lake Louise taking place at the Fairmont Chateau lake Louise.
I called in a house cleaner to clean my home bi-weekly with natural products.
