CBD Mucuna Turmeric Happiness Pill (tonic)
This cup of "attitude adjustment" got me through the last week of mega vulnerable, anxious, sad, PMS wildness. This, and an acupuncture appointment. I see this recipe being a regular in my routine over the next couple of cooler months, so I thought I'd share.
Ingredients
1 c sprouted nut mylk of choice | warmed
1/4 tsp Reishi
1/2 tsp Mucuna
1/4 tsp rhodiola
1/4 tsp ashwagandha
1 dropper full of CBD oil
1 tbls ghee
1 tbls tocos
1 tbls whey protein
4 drops stevia
3 dashes each of cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric, ginger
PROCESS | warm up nut mylk in a pan. Pour into your blender. Add all other ingredients. Blend on high for 40 seconds. Enjoy
