Remove “I Should” From Your Vocabulary

A helpful tool: start a note on your phone and keep track of how many times a day you say “I should”, and what you’re saying it in regards to. Most people will find themselves saying this phrase SO often, and usually what follows “I should” is not really something you want to do. Yes, there are things we all need to do as humans, but at least a few of the items on your list could probably be adjusted, removed, or even delegated.

⁣Doing things you think you “should” do but that aren’t your authentic code, is another form of people-pleasing and letting societal programming run the show. This also acts as a block in manifestation. We usually pick up the bulk of this programming in childhood, but the layers can continue to be added on at any time in life. It can even be something as little as feeling like you “should” do an intense workout everyday… when really your body & mind do better with a daily walk in nature. ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Don’t be afraid to get clarity around how you want your days to be structured, clear space, lean into your magnetic projection in every area of life, and remember that you have the freedom and ability to make changes at any time - even if it’s a baby step. Everything counts. ⁣⠀⠀
