A Raise and More Respect

I had a dream Monday night about my boss holding me back and Tuesday I came to the realization that I was giving too much of my power away to him to make personal decisions in my life that was actually blocking me. Wednesday after listening to the supported on relationships I did the tree exercise where I wrote who and what was taking up my energy and space and he was on there I did a quick cord cutting visualization and took my power back MINUTES later he called me SUPER supportively and told me he gave me a raise. This shit works.
