An Author, Partnership, and Baby
This is a long and complicated answer because my life has really happened in specific waves -- and all of it was manifestation preceded by periods of sacred emptiness -- do you call that the magic dark? I don't feel like I'm all the way there yet -- i'm in another magic dark period, or at least have been for a few years. BUT, that said, I manifested a career as a playwright, Juilliard, major off-Broadway productions, a screenwriting career, great agents (that eventually dropped me, but that's another story), and in 2010 I published a memoir.
I'd always known I'd write a book, and it really just came to me, the editor saw one of my plays and reached out. I also manifested a relationship after YEARS of being single -- at 39, I met my husband and at 41 we had a baby (easily, without IVF, we just had sex and got pregnant.) Although there is still work to be done -- I had no idea that we keep cycling through and reinventing ourselves, even in middle age!!
I am proud of what I've created and drawn in. I consider myself a Creativity Expander, a late-in-life Mom Expander, an awesome partnership expander (not the partner I thought -- but a great, kind, respectful partner who wants me to thrive). And at 50 (Jesus, I'm going to turn 50 in 8 months), I will be making my first feature as a director. So yeah. Maybe I'm your girl?
