I grew up very poor in Southern Appalachia on the side of a mountain in a trailer with no running water (I'm the 5th of 6 kids) and then moved to a house with my severely mentally ill mother that was condemned, and we came in and out of a broken window until social services took me away from her when I was eight years old. Let's just say I had a lack mentality. My parents divorced when I was six years old, so I had a lot of blocks around love. I've had multiple 5-year relationships with extremely emotionally unavailable men and women that, through this work alone, made me realize I'm dating my extremely emotionally unavailable father over and over again. I feel like I've overcome both of these blocks in the past two years doing this work. I recognized my patterns and let go of a lot of my friendships and a 5-year relationship to help my self-worth in the area of money & love.

What expanders did you find?:

-Chani Nicolas

-Jessica Lanyadoo

-friends in my Nashville Community with successful businesses who live entirely off of their art.

What tests did you face? Which did you pass? Not pass?: So many tests!

1) On the car front, I almost bought another tiny Ford similar to the last car I had for the last 15 years because my dad instilled a fear in me of buying a German car because of the cost of repair, but I decided to jump off the cliff and buy the car of my dreams instead, and I have gotten so much joy out of my car and easily have afforded every payment.

2) I was scared after my five-year relationship ended and we sold our house in Nashville that I couldn't afford Nashville rents or mortgages alone without a partner, so I moved back home to a friend's house in Oct 2020. While there, I did so much work around my fear of not being able to afford to live alone with TBM, and two months later, I found a $250 (average rent in Nashville is $2,000 for not even that nice of a house) black cottage that has been featured in magazines, on the river, with a 4 acre front yard where I can sunbathe nude outdoor shower, and I live alone with my two pets for the first time in my life (I'm 41 years old.). I failed the test at first by moving home but passed when I held out moving back until I found this magical house where I could live alone with a rent payment I could very easily afford.

3) I looked at my birth chart and realized that it makes total sense that I always seek a "home" with partners, and it's the main reason I chose someone because of my Chiron in Taurus in the 12th house. It's my undoing. I did work around knowing that I could take care of myself with the DI's

4) relationship test: When I initially broke up with my partner of 5 years, I almost went straight into an intense relationship (my normal pattern) with a woman who was very all-in. I wanted to move super fast and live together and have children, which normally makes me feel very safe, but through this work and Amanda Blair's beautiful episode, I broke up with her and realized that was definitely a test, so I held out for another partner.

*After that I met a chef who also was all in very quickly and I did not settle with him either.

Did you experience a magic dark period? If so, tell us about it.: Honestly, I feel very lucky that I manifested very quickly in these areas. I would say my magic dark only lasted two months, but I jumped off a big cliff In Sept 2020 and broke up with my partner of 5 years, sold our house, and moved back home, so I feel like that is why I had some big manifestations come through so rapidly. The song one took a full year from writing to selling it for $20,000. I feel like I'm in a magic dark right now, though, because my next manifestation is buying a house in this insane Nashville housing market.

How did your manifestation come through?:

  • I bought the exact car I dreamed of with only 28,000 miles on it with a warranty

  • I've lived for two years without taking a bartending shift and only supporting myself with my astrology readings, dance lessons, music & photoshoot work

  • The house was so magical my friend moved to Maine and asked me to house sit her gorgeous place while she was gone. I told her I'd live in the house, but I had to pay something for it and the utilities.

  • I met my current partner after being on Nashville Bumble for 24 hours. We have been together for a year this month. I swore I would never use dating apps, and they actually terrified me, but then I decided after listening to some of your podcast episodes to try it, and the rest is history.

  • The song sales came through about a month ago. I wrote the song in Feb 2020, and it was on my first manifestation list.

  • After things opened up in Nashville this summer, my dance glass became so packed you couldn't fit everyone on the dance floor.

How long did it take for your manifestation to come through after crafting your initial list?: around two years to receive all of them

How frequently were you using the workshops and DI's when you noticed the biggest shift surrounding your manifestation?: The weird thing is I'm more obsessed with the podcast and supported. I use the DI's & the workshops less frequently, but the other two are almost daily. Back in the fall of last year, when most of the manifestations above came through, I was doing it more often, at least every other day.

How do you incorporate this work into your life on a daily basis? Any tips, tricks or recommendations for getting the most out of it, or personalizing it?: Every time I'm in my car or on a long walk, I listen to the expanded podcast, supported or a podcast episode that is about one of the people who have inspired me on the Expanded podcast. I recently listened to about seven podcasts with Amanda Chantal Bacon and bought her book after Lacy's episode with her. She was very expanding for me with her relationship story and her approach to health and aging. Other ways I incorporate the work is by inspiring my friends and astrology clients to grow their self-worth and do subconscious work instead of simply talk therapy. I guess I forgot this until just now, but my birth chart clients have started using me as an astrological life coach where I help them realize their purpose after I see it mapped out for me very clearly in their birth chart.

I've manifested so much at this point I almost forget it all! The subconscious mind and reprogramming has always deeply resonated with me. When I found TBM, it was definitely a moment of just knowing this was the key to the rest of my life being everything I always wanted to be. I've been implementing EFT for years, and I knew that getting to the root was key, and this work is with me every moment of every day. When I make any choice, I ask myself if I'm settling or am I in my worth. It really simplifies life.
