The Perfect House In A Gorgeous Area

Name: Ash Adams

Where do you reside?: Salt Lake City

What is your cultural upbringing and background?: Extremely conservative, religious, traditional

Are you currently a Pathway Member?: Yes

What was on your manifestation list?: Buying our perfect home. Three bedrooms, a two-car garage, a deep bathtub, a laundry room (not a closet), in a safe and beautiful neighborhood were our non-negotiables. The housing market where we live is insane, and we are first-time homebuyers about to have a baby, so this was a very, VERY ambitious list for our budget!

What workshops did you use and what blocks did you discover during the DIs & workshops?: The entire pathway program, but especially Rut/Rock Bottom and the Authentic code piece. Also, tests!

What expanders did you find?: For this manifestation, I had the privilege of being my own expander. Using the TBM work, I manifested an absolutely incredible apartment 1 1/2 years ago— just an absolute miracle. It shouldn't exist, and it shouldn't be in our price range! Manifesting a home for purchase felt much more daunting because the market where we live is the most insane it has EVER been, but I felt so expanded every time I walked into my apartment and experienced firsthand that the work works.

What tests did you face? Which did you pass? Not pass?: Months ago, during our home search, we made an offer on a home that checked off maybe half the boxes on our list. It would have been a great place to live but lacked the most exciting home features we wanted. Fortunately (though at the time, it was massively disappointing), we were outbid. After that experience, I took my list back to the pathway and refined it, and focused on getting expanded and clear about what I authentically wanted from our home. The test came a few weeks ago when that first home fell out of contract and went back on the market.

We were first in line to snag it. There was definitely a part of me that wanted to buy it out of fear— after all, it was a great place, and I was worried I was acting spoiled by holding out for the "perfect place". But after 3+ years of this work, I mostly felt excited that a test meant our perfect place was coming!

Did you experience a magic dark period? If so, tell us about it.: No— my self-worth and faith in the process were expanded enough that it has been about a month and a half between crafting my list and going under contract on our home.

How did your manifestation come through?: Christmas week, I stumbled upon some not-yet-listed houses on a builder's website, set to be complete late summer. They're in an area close to us but off the beaten path a bit. (Shortly before seeing this listing was when my test came through). My husband and I drove out to the area and were shocked to find it is a gorgeous area with stunning mountains and orchards on all sides. We got an appointment to view the available floor plans with our builder and found more than one in our price range, a miracle in and of itself.

The catch was this, though: there were about 40 interested buyers for every available house. As houses became available for purchase, it was first-come-first-serve for a buyer to show up with a check to claim the home. It's intense. We received an email saying there would be a home available for purchase sometime this week— our preferred floor plan, but not an amazing location or view. Still, it felt right, so my husband and I got a check ready (money pulled from my account thanks to the business I manifested two years ago, thanks TBM!) and decided to drive out to the office that day to get more information. When we arrived, the agent wasn't allowed to give us any more details or info about when the home would be available… but we both had the gut feeling to linger just a bit.

Here's where things got magical. We made some small talk and toured a model home (again) with the agent, trusting the gut feeling. Just before we were about to leave, the agent got a phone call saying a buyer under-contract was canceling, and their unit was going back up for sale— the exact floor plan we were hoping to purchase, as we stood there holding a check for the exact amount needed!! We toured the home, and it was in the absolute ideal spot, with a million-dollar view, every single thing on my list, and more. The most astonishing part is that the home clocks are under budget for us— I can't stress how unheard of this is for the market right now. Best of all— it's set to be complete months sooner than we hoped, giving us just enough time to have our first daughter this month and spend a few more months enjoying the incredible apartment I manifested last year before saying goodbye.

How long did it take for your manifestation to come through after crafting your initial list?: A little under two months.

How do you incorporate this work into your life on a daily basis? Any tips, tricks or recommendations for getting the most out of it, or personalizing it?: Now that I've manifested multiple huge things with TBM, manifesting something so huge and unreal this time is much easier. This work is how I view my life now, and passing tests was easier than ever. After so long using the DI's, listening to the podcast, watching expanders, experiencing manifestations, and just trusting the work, My self-worth and sense of possibility are now permanently expanded to accommodate manifesting what I really want. This work really builds upon itself, especially once you start manifesting. Being my own expander based on previous manifestations that held the same energy was so new for me, but I think it contributed massively to this manifestation happening so fast.

Is there anything else you think we should know? If you made this process your own in any way, this is the perfect spot to share that.: This energetic and mental framework works. I had so many doubts and fears and plenty of un-expansive evidence that our home was out of reach, and I was very grateful to know I could feel those fears without "lowering my vibration." This manifestation was far, far more effortless than any before— but it followed the same pattern: List, expansion, tests, receiving. I trusted myself far more this time. I felt so much more ease crafting my list, knowing that the perfect place would arrive at the perfect time. This was really a testimony that it doesn't matter what's "likely". It matters what I'm aligned with and what I'm willing to ask for, and what I truly feel I'm worth.
