Cinnamon & Ginger Decoction
Many of you know that I rarely drink water for most water sources are quite unclean and lack really important minerals. So I get purified water from my local water spot and then I make a handful of customized herbal infusions, decoctions, and tonics throughout the week to act as super-water (loaded with minerals, antioxidants and vitamins).
Lately, I’ve been conjuring up this cinnamon and ginger decoction (an herbal tea preparation when using berries, roots, and barks as opposed to an infusion, which deals with leafs and flowers). This has been to remedy some blood sugar instability (cinnamon) for my hormone healing along with better blood circulation to remedy my cold feet (ginger). It’s been medicinal and tasty – and it’s loaded with other diverse properties.
