The Perfect Friend
Hi guys! Yesterday night, I reached a point where I can't even believe what happened to me! I have been doing the work for two months now, and things have been going well but also challenging. I have done Inner Child and Shadow, some Full Moon, and DRE programs. Let me introduce Lune 🌙 (Moon in French), my four months old kitten who has lived with me since Monday.
I have always been an animal lover and had a cat when I was really young. I moved alone in my new apartment in May, and I have wanted a cat since then, following every cat shelter in Montreal for months. My friend Marc, who's working on construction sites, has been talking to me about a woman who's been taking care of pregnant cats on his sites for a few years now, and I have been following that woman's Facebook page without knowing it was her. He gave me her number about a month ago. Three weeks ago, I saw a post where my little Lune was looking for a home and called the woman right away, telling her I was interested in adopting her.
My body was shaking. I knew it was the right one for me. She was the last one available in the litter with her four sisters. I picked her up on Monday, and she is a charm. Always purring in my neck, sleeping with me all night, but she has lots of playful energy when I come back home. I am a Cancer, and my Moon is in Cancer too, so I am ruled by the Moon; the name Lune was very accurate when I saw the post (she was already called this) it realllllyyy felt like we were meant to be. Yesterday night, I looked up her vaccination record to check out her birth date, and she was born on September 13th, 2019. That's the same birthdate as my grand-mother (September 13th, 1920) who died a year ago.
