What was on your manifestation list?:
-Six-figure salary in venture capital as an investor working from home - took me three months to manifest A kind, understanding partner with a sense of humor who understands me and is completely devoted to me - once I decided what I wanted, it took me five months to manifest.
-An apartment in LA or NYC - lots of natural light, hardwood floors - took two months to manifest (even though I'm a non-specific manifestor, I wanted gold hardware and all marble and the place I found
-A small sweet dog from a shelter - took one month to manifest
-Get out of debt - took me about a year (a LOT of unworthiness about wealth here
What workshops did you use and what blocks did you discover during the DIs & workshops?: All of them. I started with Unblocked Shadow and Unblocked Inner Child and did those together; then I worked through every single workshop from Unblocked Love to Unblocked Money. I did every single DRE, and I found that I had inherent unworthiness around not being good enough, smart enough, or hard-working enough. In love, I was a doormat in every sense and settled for men who treated me poorly, who never wanted to settle, and who never gave me what I knew I deserved. In money, I sacrificed myself for a job that paid me little to nothing and a manager that grossly disrespected and mistreated me daily while I was doing incredibly good work because I believed in the company's ultimate mission.
I thought I wasn't smart enough to get a huge job as a VC because I didn't go to an ivy league school or get an MBA. I went to a mid-tier public college and got a degree in sociology. I thought I would never find a partner because all the men I met before walked all over me and never treated me with the respect I deserved.

What tests did you face? Which did you pass? Not pass?: Work: I met my current employer a week after I was let go from my job in early November 2019. The fund still wasn't built & A LOT was in the works for him, so he let me know he was very interested in my work, but it would take a little bit of time for me to start. Between the time I actually started & received an offer from him, I had a ton of high profile job offers from the Director of Marketing / Planning at WME / Endeavor (huge agency) to a growth Equity Role at a San Francisco fund to a higher role at Moda Operandi. After discussing salary expectations & budgets, I turned those jobs down. Then in February, my current employer lowballed me, and I let them know I couldn't take a job for less than my desired salary. They met me where I wanted to be, and I started my job three days later. I now work as a principal investor/head of growth at a remote seed-stage fund focused on building & investing in consumer brands!
Love: Around December, when I started doing the work, I realized that I wanted a man who was very much on the same page as me. VERY shortly after that, I met an amazing expander in every way possible with the exception of being emotionally available/ he was WAY older than I wanted. I knew it was a test because he was in a relationship with someone and emotionally cheating on her, and I knew I deserved more! Five months later, my human came along!
Home: I knew I wanted an open space, amazing kitchen, hardwood floors and lots of light, walking distance to groceries, coffee shops, etc. and all while/marble I saw over 50, yes FIFTY apartments in NYC and every single one I knew was not it, there was one test, but it was a loft that was in Astor Place. It was a co-op and had a 3 month approval process that I didn't have time for. At the time, I was thinking about moving to LA, and jumped off a huge ledge and left NYC in one week; after that I saw two apartments in LA I knew weren't mine. The last one was mine, AND they offered, without me asking, to lower the rent "because they liked me." To top it off, it was a brand new renovation, AND had ALL gold hardware and a spa bathtub and was right under my budget!
Did you experience a magic dark period? If so, tell us about it.: Oh 100%, I was fired from what I thought to be my dream job, left my 1800 sq. ft. renovated penthouse NYC apartment (which I was paying less than 1800 the largest room in the apt) to move back with my parents in Orange County, CA and was single for five months in the middle of a pandemic. Not to mention in Jan/Feb, I had CoVid. I was in the dark of darks, and it wasn't until I knew every single test wasn't worth me & my time that things kept flying. Tests got SO EASY. Saying no got SO easy. I stayed in my worth and grace, and EVERYTHING came to me between February 2 - May 2.
How did your manifestation come through?: My job came first. I met with my new employer in person in Feb, two weeks after moving back to Orange County with my parents. He is originally in NYC and was in LA at the time, which was crazy! He offered me the job on the spot but then lowballed me on my salary. I very kindly, and in my worth said, "I'm so sorry, I'm unable to accept a job at a salary below my goal salary of X"! A day later he called me back and said he could give me the salary I want. I started a week later. BONUS - a month after I started, our CFO quit, and I've been acting as the head of Finance/interim CFO since then, which was a very fast, quick uplevel!
The week after I got my job, I found my apartment! I met my now property manager who was showing the place, and I came with a friend after seeing two awful places. I walked in here, and it was magic. Lots of light, wood floors, all marble everything, AND gold hardware, as well as a custom closet and spa bathtub. It was a dream, but a little out of my budget. The property manager is a crazy successful Realtor in LA who loved my personality and vibe and was a good friend of the owner. He said I'm a great person and offered $150 off the rent each month without me asking. He also gave me the keys a week early to move in!
My partner came next. I was single and dodged all ex texts/not in my worth comments for months from January to May 2020. I was not going to settle for shit anymore. I have ALWAYS hated dating apps, but for some reason, on April 28, I got a ping to download Hinge. I met so many amazing guys in ONE DAY. I had great conversations, and then I saw this amazing video of the most handsome man I've ever laid my eyes on. We had a FaceTime date on a Sunday and met in person on Wednesday, and before our first in-person date was over, he asked me on another date a day later. We were official two weeks later, adopted a puppy together a month and a half later, he moved in in September, and we have the most incredible relationship and love. He is the love of my life and is planning to ask me to marry him soon!!! (RING TALK HAS HAPPENED!!)
The puppy came last!! I never quite felt ready until I found my partner but I always knew I wanted a puppy! I applied to probably ten dogs on pet finder etc., but nothing came through for us. I knew I wanted to adopt, so that was really important to me! A month or so after looking, I finally was able to get an application accepted to an amazing foundation in Inglewood. I went to go see another puppy for adoption, and she was just adopted earlier in the morning. Just a few minutes after we showed up, a litter of 5 dachshund mix puppies showed up, and we found our little love, the only sleeping puppy of five criers. He is so smart and so loving & the best contribution to our little family!
Next on the list is a new Dior bag, a raise at my current job, a new apartment with lots of light in Miami, and engagement to the love of my life with a Clear Cut ring :)

What is your cultural upbringing and background?: I was born in Romania, immigrated to the US when I was 8 with my parents. I grew up in Orange County and went to college in San Diego. I'm a Leo Sun, Aries Moon, and Capricorn Rising. I'm also a manifestor in human design!
