A Huge Manifestation After 18 Months

What was on your manifestation list?: A promotion / higher-level career move.
What workshops did you use and what blocks did you discover during the DIs & workshops?: I was a Pathway member for a year and used all the workshops. I especially found the Uplevel ones helpful and the revised Unblocked Money workshop when it was released. I had some blocks around being afraid to stand out and feeling like I needed to play small so other people didn't feel bad about themselves. The biggest gift in the whole process was becoming so much more comfortable with who I am and being at ease within myself.
What tests did you face? Which did you pass? Not pass?: I have worked out that I found it more helpful to just think of tests as part of the process. The things that might have been "tests" actually gave me amazing skills and helped me grow and develop. There was no clear, orderly progression through tests and a magic dark for me.
Did you experience a magic dark period? If so, tell us about it.: I think divine timing really mattered for my manifestation and my own personal pattern. There wasn't a clear magic dark, but there was a short-lived rock bottom that I was graceful about, and then my manifestation came through about two weeks later - following 18 months of working towards it.
How did your manifestation come through?: Sometimes, I would hear people on the podcast or read things here and feel like I must be doing something wrong because my manifestation was taking so long. I hope someone will feel expanded after hearing it took me 18 months to manifest my big career uplevel. It was HUGE - several levels higher than expected and in a dream company when it came through. I think divine timing was really important and that all the things that could have been perceived as "tests" were part of the process that was lining me up for the role that eventually came through.
How long did it take for your manifestation to come through after crafting your initial list?: 18 months
How frequently were you using the workshops and DI's when you noticed the biggest shift surrounding your manifestation?: The biggest shift came after I stopped using the workshops and started paying attention to my patterns and pings. The workshops were helpful, but the most magnetism came from growing past them and doing things my own way.
