Growing up in North Vancouver, BC, where houses are continuing to hit an all-time high, I knew I was NEVER going to be able to own by myself. I was going to have to either marry, ask my dad or win the lottery. I have been in Mexico now for over two years, and I never thought as a foreigner owning anything down here in Mexico was accessible to me. I had serious blocks around money and the ability to solo my own. I also had blocks about being a foreigner in Mexico and nothing really being 'mine' as the 'government' has ways to take things away from foreigners here with no questions asked. So I always saw myself as an owner of a business...and as I saw my life being more down here in Mexico - it was going to have to be an online business that maybe, just maybe would grow worth and I could sell it one day for money. I felt left out of the ownership portion of life....
What expanders did you find?: First of all, I didn't even realize he was an expander in this aspect - but My boyfriend, Angel. He has purchased a few lots around the Quinatana To area of Mexico. He's Mexican, and his family is also very business-focused, so Angel finds land opportunities, and his family invests. It's SUCH an empowering and cool dynamic, to be honest. Once again, I didn't realize he was expanding me because I'm in completely different circumstances. I'm a foreigner with little money, no family financial support, and I truly didn't think ownership in Mexico was possible for me...
Then, Angel invited me to a gathering of all the owners of this new community within Tulum's jungle. There were about 12 of them, all foreigners and very few locals. English was spoken as they started to discuss topics about what they all had intended to do with their land. To be honest, I felt SUPER out of place, almost like I didn't belong, when everyone was going around introducing themselves and what lots they bought, what they wanted to do with it, what their life is like...when it came to me I said "Oh, I'm just Angels Girlfriend"....Angel started talking for me "She's my girlfriend and she runs retreats and we will be building something that maybe one day we can use as a retreat". This made me feel really weird and, at the time, uncomfortable. This then led to a fight after the meeting. I was so uncomfortable because I wanted to belong, I wanted to own, I wanted to create, I wanted what they all had, I was JEALOUS! But I still didn't see this as an expansive experience. I saw it as this is YOUR project, and I want nothing to do with it. Stubborn Jenny....very stubborn.
Angel still shared info about the land and his projects with me, and I was supportive, telling him I was proud of him. As I continued to do TBM work and my ego dissipated, I asked more questions about his land purchases and if he thought it was possible for me as a foreigner to get something. He connected me with a land broker who told me the deal. Super accessible and definitely something I could do (even though I still only had my Tourist Visa)
What tests did you face? Which did you pass? Not pass?: I told the Broker I wanted to start shopping. I didn't really tell him much; I just told him to start sending me land lot opportunities within Quintana Roo. He sent me one amazing land that was BEACH front. His exact words were, "if you don't take this, you're going to really regret it as it's next to impossible to get titled beachfront land here in Mexico." I was sooooooo close to saying yes...but it wasn't right. It was too far, too expensive, on the beach, with no community, no safety, just a piece of land in the middle of nowhere about 5 hours from Playa del Carmen. So I was sitting at lunch with my friend, told her about the opportunity, showed her pictures (she's also a land seeker), and she said, "Babe - take that!!! It's an insane opportunity," but then she saw my body language, my nodding no of my head and I gave her the reasoning of why it wasn't right.
I then messaged my broker, "no, thank you." He was a little confused hahah. Then as I continued lunch with my friend, she asked what I was looking for, and I went through the list...and she said, "wouldn't it be great to get a lot right next to Angel..." My heart and whole body felt it - YES, IT WOULD BE! That would be an idea - then we could work on a project together, and I could also have my very OWN project. It's EXACTLY what I wanted.
The next day I got a call from my boyfriend (whom I hadn't had the opportunity to tell about anything that occurred the day before with the beach land or the convo with my friend), and he said, "babe, you know my lot in JAHDAY? The lot right next to mine just opened up. The sale didn't end up going through...do you want me to send you the info...if you don't buy it, I think I might" HOLY MOLY!!!! Test passed, the lot was EVERYTHING on my list plus the part I added the day previous with my friend PLUS, I just went this past weekend after we got the land cleared, and I have.....
4 FREAKING CENOTES!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the most magical plants, trees, energy, everything about the lot is magical. Even my boyfriend was like, "you're blessed. This lot is amazing."
Did you experience a magic dark period? If so, tell us about it.: I'm not sure what this means...
How did your manifestation come through?: I think I was doing a lot of unblocking with TBM work, being surrounded and triggered by expanders. The podcasts are also super powerful. I also did a dream board with me and my boyfriend inside of a gorgeous jungle home... I hosted the dream board night, and all of us went through our stories of what we're calling in and how it would make us feel.
How long did it take for your manifestation to come through after crafting your initial list?: It's hard to tell. I would say from the time I got triggered and figured out why (at the meeting of Angels land and the other owners) to possession - 4 months. But I put the dream board together & really put it into my callings on Jan 10th, and I signed the contract on Jan 30th...soooo 20 days.
How frequently were you using the workshops and DI's when you noticed the biggest shift surrounding your manifestation?: I signed up for the Pathway Feb 14th...But I really started doing TBM work around June 2022. I did the Free workshops and Clarity DI about four times. I have also used other mythologies to create magnetism (breathwork, meditation) for about one year. There has been a serious shift since about Aug 2022 from all my holistic daily practices.
How do you incorporate this work into your life on a daily basis? Any tips, tricks or recommendations for getting the most out of it, or personalizing it?: Every day. I strongly suggest having a daily practice of something for self-care and TBM work is just that. I have always done TBM work. When I have little food in me, I first do quick breathwork and then roll into the DI... I listen to podcasts while doing meditative walks on the beach. I know I'm super privileged.
I think preaching has really helped me. You know, when you try to talk or teach people about stuff you're interested in, it almost ingrains more into you, and you understand the work even more. Everyone who knows me knows that I'm doing a ton of work on myself and all the cool tools that I'm using. I've already gotten quite a few friends onto the EXPANDED podcast and INSIGHT TIMER for their meditations and breathwork. I have also started including the work into my zoom classes and online fitness programs I run online. All my clients are starting to shift with me into more inner and holistic work on top of still getting sweaty! haha
I think sharing is truly magnetizing, because I'm not trying to keep this effective work to myself. I want EVERYONE to have the life they want and deserve. So if I can help expand others' toolbox through my zoom workouts, programs, or just having coffee with me and chatting about what work I do...that is doing the world good, and I'm sure that's increasing my magnetism.

Is there anything else you think we should know? If you made this process your own in any way, this is the perfect spot to share that.: I think it is so important for people to get out of their bubbles of where they grew up and explore the world and other humans—i've been a backpacker since I was 21, and that's where my expanding began and really continues to grow. Meeting other humans doing things that maybe you didn't even know you wanted to do. You really get opportunities to see how others live and other environments.
I know the world is changing, and things seem to be getting more limited, but don't let that scare you. People are still traveling, and these people are the most magnetic, interesting, and expansive humans.
