Learning To Surrender & Accepting My Gifts
Name: Kristen Lipscomb
Where do you reside?: Atlanta, Georgia
What is your cultural upbringing and background?: My dad's father was a Cherokee healer, and my mom's father was a Baptist preacher.
Are you currently a Pathway Member?: Yes
What was on your manifestation list?: I wanted a visual representation of my aura's color. When it comes to micro manifestations, I generally don't need to write them down at this point in my manifestation journey.
What workshops did you use and what blocks did you discover during the DIs & workshops?: During a DI (Answers and Clarity), I brought forward a childhood memory of me pointing to a peridot stone and telling my grandmother that it was my "feeling's color." (Which is extra special and kismet being a Virgo.) The next morning, I saw Lacy's Instagram story with her showing the pearl charm she had commissioned. I audibly went, "Universe, I'd love a visual like that. Send me one?"
If you did work with a coach or a few, who did you work with, in what capacity (Q/A service or Session(s)) and how did that contribute to your manifestation process?: I worked with Atarah Valentine on February 28, 2022. It was a lovely experience that really helped re-frame a few of my self-limiting trigger words.
What expanders did you find?: Expanded x Ep. 104: with Susanna Merrick rocked my world. It was because of that episode that, in my mid-twenties and realized that the way that I experience reality is different from others. When Susanna shared her experience of seeing surrounding color people, I was like, "DUH." It's bananas.
What tests did you face? Which did you pass? Not pass?: I had to accept that that is what I was seeing. It was something I had asked about/ seen since I was a kid. When I surrendered to my gift, nothing was the same.
Did you experience a magic dark period? If so, tell us about it.: I am in the middle of a divorce. The situational magnetism floating in is so magical. I haven't had a magic dark period in a while.
How did your manifestation come through?: My best friend brought me to a boutique where an artist was doing a pop-up... making customized bracelets with charms. Perfect, right? Then the artist apologized for being low in stock but pointed out the peridot. Magic.
How long did it take for your manifestation to come through after crafting your initial list?: A week from when I asked the day, I asked the Universe to send me a visual representation.
How frequently were you using the workshops and DI's when you noticed the biggest shift surrounding your manifestation?: Whenever I do a DI about four nights a week.
How do you incorporate this work into your life on a daily basis? Any tips, tricks or recommendations for getting the most out of it, or personalizing it?: At night before I fall asleep, I do a DI. I choose a topic that I am struggling with in my waking life. Being a lucid dreamer, I'm about to work through things at night during my sleeping life. I'm at the point where I can talk things out with people in my dreams. It's pretty fucking magical.
Is there anything else you think we should know? If you made this process your own in any way, this is the perfect spot to share that.: I've been following Lacy's work since 2014. It has been life-changing to say the least. I went to school for neuropsychology so this platform has been absolutely aligned with my path. I've also been able to use TBM to work with my dyslexic clients to clear any limiting beliefs they may have around their education. It has been such a powerful resource.
