Manifesting My Entire List in 3 Months
Name: Janaye Decker
Where do you reside?: Iowa
What is your cultural upbringing and background?: I was raised in the same small town in the Midwest, white + middle class with not a lot of diversity. I was brought up in a supportive household where my brother and I had all of our needs met. But, moving into 7th grade, my parents both had addictions to meth that interfered with everything that felt safe to me. By 10th grade, they both lost their jobs, divorced, and lost our home. I moved out right after I turned 17. Sun: Aries, Moon: Taurus, Rising: Libra. Human design: projector 4/6.
Are you currently a Pathway Member?: Yes
What was on your manifestation list?: I joined the pathway when the manifestation challenge started in November. During that time, I wanted to manifest an infrared sauna, king-size bed, career shift, and free coaching session with Atarah.
What workshops did you use and what blocks did you discover during the DIs & workshops?: I started with the Unblocked Inner Child and Unblocked Shadow workshops. Then I moved into the daily practice to find DIs most specific to what was coming up for me. Blocks consisted of a significant amount of shame around feeling safe in my body and trusting my body. After manifesting everything on my list by March, I then moved to the uplevel workshop.
If you did work with a coach or a few, who did you work with, in what capacity (Q/A service or Session(s)) and how did that contribute to your manifestation process?: I did manifest a free one-hour session with Atarah. Manifesting this session was the first thing that came through for me, and it was like, "ok this shit works!"
What expanders did you find?: So many mini expanders through Instagram and a woman in my small town who runs her own business.
What tests did you face? Which did you pass? Not pass?: Tests surrounding my worth came up for my career shift.
Did you experience a magic dark period? If so, tell us about it.: My dark magic period happened a month before my career shift came through. I was struggling with putting myself out there as a coach on IG. I was feeling desperate for a connection to my "cold" audience. I was comparing myself to many other coaches and overall feeling unworthy of my choice to become a coach. "I'm not funny enough or entertaining enough." I received a ping to disconnect from social media for a bit.
I put down my phone and picked up some books instead. I created a routine for myself with the intention of increasing my connection to ME. This included riding my peloton, using my sauna, breathwork, cold showers, and stretching. I found clarity through these routines and realized that maybe I'm not meant to coach on IG like the other coaches are doing. Shortly after, my career shift came through.
How did your manifestation come through?: My biggest manifestation was my career shift. There were a few conversations over a six month period between myself and the hospital administration about coaching some of my peers. I'm a mindset coach, and it wasn't until after my magic dark that I eventually niched down on how I wanted to coach. Once I niched down and was confident in my coaching approach, the administration came through with their final offer. I told them what I wanted to be paid per person/per hour, and they accepted without a counteroffer. I am now being paid as a vendor, running ten healthcare workers through an 8-week course. There are intentions to run more programs and disseminate my content through the hospital system. My main focus is to teach healthcare workers to expand their window of stress tolerances
How long did it take for your manifestation to come through after crafting your initial list?: All of my manifestations came through within 3.5 months.
How frequently were you using the workshops and DI's when you noticed the biggest shift surrounding your manifestation?: 4 times a week.
How do you incorporate this work into your life on a daily basis? Any tips, tricks or recommendations for getting the most out of it, or personalizing it?: Like Heather, I enjoy doing my DIs during my walks. I work three 12-hour shifts a week as an ICU nurse, so I would do my DIs on my days off. I listen to the podcast regularly, and I follow the To Be Magnetic IG page.
