Jumping Off A Cliff & Honoring Myself Created So Much Magnetism

Name: Kirsten Kallman

Where do you reside?: Vienna, Austria

What is your cultural upbringing and background?: Born in Los Angeles, German mother, Jewish father, raised Mormon. Left the religion six years ago, now living my best life in Vienna, Austria.

Are you currently a Pathway Member?: Yes

What was on your manifestation list?: A healthy relationship post-divorce

A beautiful apartment in a historical building in a European city

A career where I could use my talents and provide well for my family

A business partner to share a vision and create a company together

What workshops did you use and what blocks did you discover during the DIs & workshops?: Unblocked Shadow- so many blocks of unworthiness, shame, and not enough-ness.

Unblocked Love - my emotional addiction, anxious attachment style and co-dependency in my marriage.

Unblocked Money - my fear of self-employment and really taking full responsibility for my finances. Healing childhood programming and trauma around money and my father's entrepreneurship.

If you did work with a coach or a few, who did you work with, in what capacity (Q/A service or Session(s)) and how did that contribute to your manifestation process?: I had a session with Lacy back in 2017. Just that session completely changed my direction. I worked through the entire reading list she gave me and purchased many of the original workshops. I basically spent two years just doing that healing work going through my divorce.

What expanders did you find?:

  • Lacy, because she did not have a formal education or certificates. Her courage to create something innovative and new based on her experience.

  • Amanda Chantal Bacon, because she was a single mother starting a company in the wellness industry.

  • Gwyneth Paltrow, because of her big and fearless vision to create a business sharing what she loves.

These three women truly inspired me to do what I love!

What tests did you face? Which did you pass? Not pass?: SOOO many! Believing that I could live in Austria and provide for my three children without a formally acknowledged profession (I am a Grad of IIN). Believing that I would find my dream apartment in Vienna that I could afford and that would accept me despite the fact that I was a single mother, unemployed, and a foreigner. Believing that I would find a loving, kind partner in my mid-40s and as a single parent of 3 very challenging teenagers. Finally, finding the perfect job to get started in Vienna, I then had to quit after two years to start my own business because I was not fairly compensated for my work. Quitting Corona, being the sole provider of my family (no support from the father of children) without knowing exactly what to do next. To then manifest the perfect business partner only days before my last day at work. Using my F%&$ You Fund to build a lifestyle brand. And so many more!!!

Did you experience a magic dark period? If so, tell us about it.: Hell, Yes! Each step of the way, I had to leap off cliffs and walk into the dark, not knowing what would happen. When I sold my house and all my possessions in Utah and got on a plane with just 8 pieces of luggage and my 3 kids to start over in Austria. I didn't know what would come. Next, I just knew that was what I had to do. I knew I had to live in Europe and create a new kind of life for myself and my kids. When I then moved two years later from a small town in Western Austria to Vienna in the East, I had no job and only knew one person in the city. Even though I absolutely knew it was the right move, I had to wait nine months in the dark before I manifested the bridge job that expanded in my worth and created the foundation for me to manifest my dream career. The entire story was pretty textbook TBM! I even had an opportunity arise before my bridge job, but in hindsight, I was clearly not expanded and unblocked enough for it to come through. It did, however, show me what I truly desired and what could be possible. Those nine months were brutal, but I diligently used that time to do the TBM work.

How did your manifestation come through?: When I finally got the job at a cool new store, I believed this was it! It was everything on my list- downtown location, a chic, modern new concept in the wellness industry. I didn't think of it as a bridge job since I clearly communicated and believed that there was growth potential. After two years, I reinvented their concept, created many of their best-selling products, and built a beautiful community around the store. It was a very painful process for me to recognize that I would only be a salesperson with the same tiny salary if I stayed, no matter what I contributed. So, I quit. This was terrifying because I am the sole provider for my family. But I knew I had to leave everything I had built. Right before my last day of work, a woman came in that I had met a few times, and we had tried to connect before, but it never worked out. We finally met up for drinks a few days later, and she then asked me if I wanted to create something together. She was everything on my list and more! We are now building an incredible business and having the best time!! My romantic partner is also such a beautiful manifestation. I even wrote down that I wanted him to wear button-up shirts. And he does- all the time! He was on my list to a T! Same with my apartment! Too many details in this box!

How long did it take for your manifestation to come through after crafting your initial list?: After my session with Lacy in 2017, I really got to work. I had sooo much work to do! My initial list was after my divorce in December 2018. It took me exactly a year to manifest my romantic partner, and the rest was step by step.

How frequently were you using the workshops and DI's when you noticed the biggest shift surrounding your manifestation?: Daily

How do you incorporate this work into your life on a daily basis? Any tips, tricks or recommendations for getting the most out of it, or personalizing it?: Taking time for myself every day to cultivate self-awareness and mindfulness has become second nature to me. I begin each day with meditation, writing, and/or DIs. I always listen to podcasts, mantras, or guided meditations when I am on public transport. It creates my own little bubble. Also, having headphones in allows me to talk to myself, pray out loud, and repeat mantras without looking crazy. Wearing a mask was great for that too. My time commuting around the city is often some of my most nourishing time.

Is there anything else you think we should know? If you made this process your own in any way, this is the perfect spot to share that.: I absolutely love the work you are sharing. It is never too late to change and grow your worth. I am now 48 and have never been happier, healthier, or more fulfilled. I am always on the lookout for triggers and tests, unblocking and crafting new lists. I intentionally use Instagram to look for specific Expanders when I feel limited in what I feel is possible for me. This has been so helpful, especially when it comes to age. I also regularly meet with friends to share our manifestation process. There are lots of people using TBM here in Europe!

Thank you for your wonderful work!
