Dried Herbs | Tea
Last week, we learned the effortless simplicity of drying our bountiful spring herbs. Once all your herbs have fully dried (stiff to the touch), it’s time to cut flower tops and pick leaves off each sprig. At this point, the world is your oyster. We’ll be exploring all your possibilities at hand. Today, we’ll focus on how to implement your dried herbs into a tea blend. Nothing could be easier.
PROCESS | cut flower tops, or pick off leaves. Mix into an existing tea blend, or use these herbs to start a fresh custom tea blend. Today, I trimmed chamomile and mixed it into my Tea of the Feminine blend to add extra calmness and relaxation to my day. Easy as 1-2-3.
